Trust Performance Physical Therapy for the most advancements in rehabilitation
Our Physical Therapists average more than 15 years of hands-on experience and are each offered an unlimited continuing education benefit so you know you are in the most capable hands utilizing the most recent advancements in rehabilitation.
What to expect from Performance Physical Therapy
During your first physical therapy appointment with us, we will thoroughly assess your current condition and identify the source of discomfort or dysfunction. Here our physical therapists will work with you to establish goals and set up an individualized treatment plan of action to get you to a successful recovery. Your physical therapist will teach you about your condition and comfort you throughout your recovery process.
After your evaluation, your treatment sessions will consist of fixing your injury, movement disorder and/or pain that brought you to us in the first place. Our physical therapists will use hands-on techniques to stretch and mobilize your affected body part. Physical therapy also includes using exercise to improve your strength and restore your function. You will also receive instruction for an in-home exercise plan as well as education on proper body mechanics and posture to prevent re-injury.
